    Online coaching includes personalized workout plans, regular check-ins (via video calls, emails, or messaging), and progress tracking. Clients receive guidance and support remotely, with opportunities to ask questions, adjust goals, and ensure progress. Meetings are via Zoom.
  • What qualifications does Rob Sears have as a coach?
    Since first qualifying with a Level 3 Diploma in Personal Training in 2003, Rob has gained over 65 professional qualifications making him one of a select few level 5 PT's in the UK. With a BSc Hons in Psychology and knowledge of anatomy and physiology from being a Level 5 sports therapist, personal training with Focus 4 Fitness stands head and shoulders above the competition.

    Yes, online coaching is available for clients at all levels, from beginners to experienced athletes. Each program is customized to match the client's current fitness level and goals, with support to progress at a comfortable pace.
